This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working in a structured, team-focused workshop environment. You will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing a range of electrical products to precise engineering drawings and technical specifications, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire emergency lighting and control systems for emergency vehicle installations Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Conduct testing, inspection, and quality checks on electrical assemblies Diagnose and repair electrical faults where required Ensure all work complies with company and regulatory safety standards Maintain accurate records of completed work and test results Keep the workshop organised, safe, and well maintained Work collaboratively with engineers and supervisors to meet production targets Follow standard operating procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Assembler, Panel Wirer, or in a similar role Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring techniques Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Good understanding of health and safety within an electrical workshop environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable (Not Essential) Experience with control panel assembly or industrial automation systems Awareness of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards A professional attitude aligned with customer focus, teamwork, trust, respect, and drive for success REF: HP321 Note: Hollyfield Personnel will contact successful candidates.
