EYFS Practitioner (Level 2/Level 3 or QTS) Sleaford, Lincolnshire Hours: 07:30 – 17:45 September 2026 A welcoming and nurturing early years setting in Skegness is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their development. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and educational growth. Requirements: To be considered for the EYFS Practitioner position, you will: Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or QTS with an EYFS-specific qualification Have recent experience working within an EYFS setting Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework Be confident supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one Be proactive, caring, and committed to providing outstanding early years provision As an EYFS Practitioner, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system.
