We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Asset Manager to lead the performance and growth of a UK-wide student housing portfolio.
This is an opportunity to join a nimble, investment-backed Real Estate platform focused on repositioning and optimising student living assets. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, shaping strategy, driving operational success, and unlocking value across a diverse PBSA portfolio.
You’ll take full ownership of asset performance — blending analytical insight with practical delivery to drive NOI, occupancy, and long-term value.
Key focus areas include:
* Setting and executing asset-level business plans to grow income and value.
* Leading refurbishment, ESG, and CapEx programmes to enhance asset performance.
* Partnering with operators, consultants, and development teams to deliver results.
* Using market data and pricing trends to inform strategy and repositioning.
* Managing budgets, reporting, and investor communications with precision.
* Building strong local relationships with universities, operators, and key stakeholders.
* Supporting transactions and ensuring smooth operational transitions.
We’re looking for someone with:
* 5+ years Asset Management experience within PSBSA.
* Strong financial and analytical capability — especially in Excel and data interpretation.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and third-party partners.
* A proactive mindset, with curiosity around technology and AI that can enhance operations.
* Excellent communication skills and an organised, adaptable working style.
