We are looking for a passionate and committed Religious Studies Teacher to join our vibrant and forward-thinking faculty in Aylesbury. About the Role:
* Design and deliver dynamic, interactive Religious Education lessons that accommodate a variety of learning styles
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel respected, supported, and encouraged to succeed
* Implement innovative teaching methods to deepen students’ understanding of religious, ethical, and moral issues
* Monitor and assess student progress consistently, providing timely and constructive feedback to promote academic development
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects and cross-curricular initiatives
The ideal candidate will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching certification
* A specialism in Religious Education or a strong academic/professional background in a related discipline
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for Religious Studies and a dedication to inspiring students
* The ability to engage and motivate learners from a wide range of backgrounds
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a reflective approach to teaching practice
