Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 Per annum
The Role:-
Looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join a prestigious North East Law Firm to be part of a close knit team or experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Handling the legal aspects of property transactions including sales, purchases, and re mortgages.
2. Conducting property searches, reviewing contracts, and preparing legal documents.
3. Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
4. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.
5. Ensuring all legal requirements are met and transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
What we are looking for:-
1. Qualified Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with valid practising certificate.
2. Solid knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
