🔍 About the Role
As this business continues to grow through exciting new partnerships, they're on the lookout for an experienced Call Centre Sales Manager to lead and inspire the sales team. Your role will be pivotal in driving performance, boosting motivation, and delivering top-tier customer experiences.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales advisors to consistently exceed targets
Deliver regular 1-1s, training sessions, and performance feedback
Analyse KPIs and implement strategies for continual improvement
Maximise conversion rates across all lead sources
Work closely with senior leadership to align team efforts with broader business goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Provide regular performance reports and updates
