Head of Sales – Innovative Drinks Business

About the Role
As Head of Sales you will be the key commercial voice in the business, building and executing the sales strategy from the ground up. The role is hands‑on, managing accounts, driving new business and developing a team.
You will work directly with the founders, defining and delivering the go‑to‑market approach, building relationships with key on‑trade and off‑trade partners.
Weekly office access in Central London is required.

Your Role
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy across On Trade, Off Trade and RTM channels
* Hands‑on approach to selling and driving new business
* Build and manage relationships with key wholesalers, buying groups, and distribution networks in the On Trade
* Secure new listings across premium bars, restaurants, hotels and retailers
* Act as the brand ambassador at industry events and tastings
* Collaborate with marketing and founders to align commercial plans with brand vision
* Lead forecasting, account management and P&L responsibility as the business scales
* Establish systems, processes and sales frameworks as the team grows
Qualifications
* Proven experience in drinks sales across On and Off Trade, with a track record in new business and brand building
* Natural relationship builder with deep knowledge of UK wholesalers and RTM networks
* Entrepreneurial mindset excited by the pace and challenge of start‑up life
* Commercially astute with a hands‑on, strategic approach
* Passion for premium spirits and their lifestyle
* Able to work independently, drive growth and influence at founder level
