About You
We are looking for an SEN Primary Teacher who is:
* Experienced in a SEN school setting (essential)
* Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a nurturing teaching style
* Skilled at adapting learning to meet a wide range of needs and abilities
* A strong collaborator, working effectively with support staff, therapists, and families
* Committed to inclusive education and improving pupil outcomes and wellbeing
Essential requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience
* Proven experience within a SEN school environment (essential)
* Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and behaviour support strategies
* Knowledge of EHCPs and personalised learning approaches
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
