What we offer:
* Location: Stroud / Stonehouse (Gloucestershire)
* Salary: £[amount] per hour, increasing to £[amount] from 1st October 2024
* Working hours: Weekends, including mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts (07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 22:00-07:00). Sleep-ins are paid at £60+ per night.
* Holidays: 33 days annual leave, including 8 statutory bank holidays
* Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% extra for key dates over Christmas
* Training & development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care while earning

What you'll be doing:
Supporting individuals in daily tasks such as shopping, outdoor activities, personal care, attending events, using public transport, and managing finances. Your role is to help them discover new interests, achieve goals, and maintain relationships.
You will provide high-quality care and support, listening to their needs, assisting with medication, cooking, building confidence, and encouraging new adventures. Working varied shifts will help balance your work and home life.
A Driving Licence is Essential for this position.
