Key Responsibilities: Producing detailed design drawings and technical specifications using REVIT. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget. Developing and maintaining technical drawings and documentation for both residential and commercial projects. Managing project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with regulations. Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, building regulations, and construction documentation. Working closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements: Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential and/or commercial projects. Expertise in REVIT (essential), with a solid understanding of BIM and other design software. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and materials. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A positive attitude and the ability to bring creative solutions to design challenges.
