* Support the timely reconciliation of receipts and payments, contributing to monthly bank reconciliations and assisting with Accounts Receivable processing as needed.
* Help meet team objectives and KPIs, delivering reconciliations to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
* Collaborate effectively with internal colleagues (e.g., budget holders, rents, homeowners, accounts payable, and maintenance teams) and external partners, including banks.
* Operate in line with organisational values, escalating issues promptly to senior team members.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and governance requirements in your areas of responsibility.
* Maintain relevant records and systems, while managing associated risks.
Requirements
* 4-5 years' experience in end-to-end bank reconciliation and accounts receivable processes.
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Good customer service and communication skills for dealing with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Organised and able to manage your own workload effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams; experience with UNIT4 (or similar ERP/finance systems) is highly desirable.
* AAT qualification (or studying towards it) is desirable but not essential.
* No specific sector experience required, but a commitment to collaborative working and organisational values (focusing on people, responsibility, inclusion, passion, and impact).
