They have a proven track record of exceeding their clients expectations, providing high level faade solutions. The business is growing from strength to strength with a large order book secured for the long term. Due to this continued growth they have a great opportunity for an Assistant Project Planner to join them on a permanent basis, based in their offices near Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of project programmes using ASTA Powerproject Support project planner in developing work breakdown structures (WBS), activity sequencing, and resource allocations Collect and validate progress data from site teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules Contribute to the preparation of progress reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for internal and external reporting Liaise with project managers, designers, production teams and site teams to support collaborative programme delivery Help identify and track potential risks, delays, and opportunities, and propose mitigation strategies Maintain comprehensive planning records in line with project, contractual, and company governance requirements Assist in the development and refinement of planning procedures, templates, and best practices to drive continuous improvement The Ideal Person: Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Planner role within construction Facades experience is ideal Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently across diverse projects Proficient in Project Planning Software (ASTA Powerproject is preferred) For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Robert Apps for a confidential discussion IND03 Skills: Assistant Project Planner Planner Project Planner ASTA Facades Benefits: DOE package
