We are currently working with our Client based in the Rochdale who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their durable and dedicated Team after the business’s ongoing success within the Storage and Distribution Industry.

The Role
8. To provide key account customer contact in ensuring high quality service levels and reaching KPI targets
9. Maintaining a positive can-do attitude whilst assisting and sharing advice concerning the storage/ distribution of Customer orders via phone and email
10. Collaboratively working alongside internal/ external teams within the business in facilitating timely deliveries, resolving customer queries, problems, and complaints
11. Following company procedure in investigating any issues with storage of products/ products currently in transit
12. Maintaining accurate and informed records concerning any Customer updates, discussions and any correspondence
13. Work effectively as part of a Team and assisting other colleagues in ensuring expected outcomes
Requirements
14. Able to build effective and professional relationships with both your Colleagues and Customers
15. Must be a strong communicator and problem-solver in reaching required resolutions and Customer expectations
16. Confident learning new IT Systems and Software Systems
17. Must have flexibility in working 1 in 6 Saturday mornings (from home)
