Project Specification Manager – South West
Location: South West England
We’re looking for a Project Specification Manager to join a dynamic, customer-focused team in the construction materials sector. In this role, you’ll help architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors make the right decisions on insulation products and systems, providing expert advice and guidance throughout projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on the correct use and application of products and systems.
* Build and maintain strong relationships within supply chain accounts and with project teams.
* Identify, track, and secure specifications on key projects from design through to delivery.
* Provide ongoing support and share market insights to help clients and the business grow.
What We’re Looking For:
* A curious, personable, and driven professional – attitude and values matter most.
* Knowledge of contractors, architects, and specification processes is a plus.
* Experience in a results-focused sales or specification environment.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.
* Commercial awareness, technical knowledge, and familiarity with CRM or digital systems are desirable.
Package:
* Salary - £50k-£55k plus 20% bonus.
