What You'll Be Doing
* Providing technical support to field engineers
* Assisting with boiler diagnostics and fault finding
* Supporting customers throughout the repair process
* Reviewing completed repair works
* Ensuring compliance and quality standards
* Identifying replacement parts and repair solutions
* Working closely with operational teams
What We're Looking For
1. ACS Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1)
2. 5+ years domestic service and repair experience
