The Role
As a teacher, you'll deliver high-quality lessons, helping students achieve their potential academically, socially, and emotionally. You'll plan, teach, and assess effectively, tailoring learning to meet the needs of every student. Your role includes:
Creating engaging schemes of work and lesson plans aligned to curriculum objectives.
Encouraging and supporting students to develop skills, confidence, and independence.
Using assessment to monitor progress and inform planning.
Providing pastoral support and promoting student wellbeing.
Maintaining professional standards and contributing to the wider school community.
What We're Looking For
Engaging and creative - able to bring lessons to life and inspire students.
Supportive and empathetic - passionate about making a real impact on young lives.
Qualifications - teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards; degree or equivalent; Maths and English to at least Level 2. Specialist teaching qualifications desirable.
Experience - worked in a school setting, ideally secondary; experience with students with special educational needs is a plus.
Skills - strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and classroom management abilities.
