The School is looking for highly experienced and resiliant SEND teaching assistant working across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The role will also involve working 1:1, working with students in small groups and supporting the class teacher within the classroom setting. A successful SEND teaching assistant will have: Level 2 or above qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools or at least 1 years experience. A valid driving licence and own car (school not accessible by public transport) Experience working with SEND children with varying needs. Willing to work across Key Stage 1 / KS1, Key Stage 2 / KS2 or both. A great ability to interact with pupils and keep them engaged. Exceptional classroom management skills.
