Job Description
You are an experienced user of information systems and have public sector experience, preferably in Social Work / Criminal Justice with a knowledge of Carefirst or Eclipse Social Care Case Management Systems. You have experience, in an information systems role including business systems development/implementation, business systems support and business systems control. As well as having knowledge of MS Office you have the ability to deliver training and a formal qualification to at least HNC/HND (or equivalent) in a related discipline.
Your role will be varied and will include systems configuration, information management, preparation of documentation and provision of user training and support.
