About the Role We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy dealership workshop in Canterbury. The role involves diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and ensuring vehicles are maintained to manufacturer and industry standards. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults * Carry out routine servicing, MOT preparation, repairs and maintenance * Use diagnostic tools and systems to identify and resolve issues * Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards * Keep accurate job cards and workshop records * Work closely with parts and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience What We’re Looking For * NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) * Proven experience working on cars, vans or light commercial vehicles * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills * High attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions * Full UK driving licence * Team player with good time management and efficiency Salary & Benefits * Basic salary £28,000 – £40,000 depending on experience & qualifications * Bonus and overtime opportunities to increase earnings * Ongoing training & career development opportunities * Staff discounts, pension, and other company benefits
