We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a team in the Milton Keynes office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting a successful recruitment team.
The Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the recruitment team, helping to ensure a smooth experience for candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks, often balancing competing priorities and responding to changing business needs. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, adaptable and enjoys taking ownership of their workload.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out pre-employment checks and supporting candidate onboarding processes
* Acting as a liaison between the recruitment team and internal departments including Compliance, Onboarding, Payroll and Billing
* Serving as a first point of contact for contractor queries relating to timesheets, payroll and general placement administration
* Providing ongoing candidate aftercare following placement, maintaining regular contact with contractors to ensure a positive experience and promptly resolving any queries or issues that arise during their assignment
* Monitoring timesheet submissions and proactively chasing outstanding timesheets and approvalsUploading timesheets to client portals where required
* Maintaining accurate candidate and client records within the CRM system
* Formatting candidate CVs to company standards
* Creating and maintaining candidate hotlists within the CRM
* Conducting data gathering and lead generation activities to support business development initiatives
* Supporting consultants with general administrative tasks and project work
* Assisting with ad hoc duties as required by the team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

* Confident communicating with candidates, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
* Competent using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
* Positive, enthusiastic and willing to support the wider team
* Able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
Experience and Skills
* Previous administrative experience in a professional office environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Previous experience within a recruitment agency or recruitment support role
* Experience working with CRM systems
* Experience supporting onboarding, compliance or payroll processes
