Role Overview
Support JD Logistics' business by implementing HR strategies and building effective teams. Identify organizational issues and provide HR solutions in recruitment, training, and employee relations. Foster a strong culture to drive business growth. Requires a bachelor’s degree, strong business sense, and 10+ years of HR experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support JD Logistics' related businesses by understanding business and team operations, promoting effective HR strategy implementation.
* Build and develop teams within the business department, designing staff growth paths and development programs, and following up on implementation.
* Identify organizational and team issues, providing comprehensive solutions in recruitment, training, performance, and employee relations.
* Foster organizational and team culture, promoting company culture development and driving business growth.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English and the local language, with 5+ years of HR experience; strong business acumen.
* Understanding of HR modules such as Talent Development, Organizational Development, Organizational Culture, Compensation & Benefits.
* Familiarity with national HR policies, laws, and regulations.
* Self-driven, analytical, conscientious, and approachable.
