Your new company Our client is aleading provider of in early childhood care across the UK based in Salford are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a 6 monthcontract. Your new role As the AssistantAccountant, you will support the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for: Working through existing accounts payable backlog queries. Supporting management accounts, while also managing expenses and bank reconciliations Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records. Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure financial compliance. What you'll need to succeed You will have: Previous experience is accounts payable Have an understanding of accounting principals Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and be a problem solver What you'll get in return This is a temporarycontract with possibility for extension. Full time with flexible workingoptions available including hybrid working up to 3 day perweek. Additional leave for your Birthday And Wellbeing Day Off.
