The Role As a Kitchen Assistant working with Blue Arrow, you will support experienced chefs and kitchen teams to ensure service runs smoothly. You may be working across a variety of environments including schools, care homes, staff canteens, restaurants and event venues. Your responsibilities may include food preparation, pot washing, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and assisting the wider team during busy service periods.
