Our client is looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join a pleasant team of 6 .The role will involve speaking and emailing to vulnerable customers providing them with updates, information and help with their enquiries.
This is a growing business, looking for someone able to deal with a changing environment and able to provide ideas and support.
Main responsibilities:
* Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email and showing genuine customer care.
* Providing administrative support
* Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues by providing solutions
* Entering information and updating the CRM system.
Skills & experience:
* Customer service experience ideally in contact centre or retail (ideally both)
* Strong IT skills with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to adapt to a changing environment
