Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in White Marsh, MD for a Real Estate Broker. The Real Estate Broker will manage property transactions, provide expert guidance to clients, and negotiate deals. Daily responsibilities include networking to generate new leads, understanding market trends, assisting clients in buying or selling real estate, and upholding the highest standards of customer service. The role involves fostering strong relationships and delivering top-quality support throughout the property transaction process.
Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge and experience in Brokerage and Real Estate
* Proven skills in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
* Proficiency in Sales and Real Property transactions
* Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with Maryland-specific real estate licensing and regulations
* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
* A valid Maryland real estate broker license
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
