Job Description
1. Assist clients with legal matters related to life sciences and technology transactions.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and contracts.
3. Provide strategic legal advice to clients in the life sciences and technology industries.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance.
5. Conduct legal research and provide insights on industry-specific regulations.
6. Support clients in intellectual property licensing and collaborations.
7. Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
8. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
