Duties of a Mobile Service Technician:
* Conducting vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations
* Travelling to customers’ homes or workplaces using a fully equipped company van
* Efficiently managing pre-booked appointments with planned routes using route optimisation tools
* Communicating effectively with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Adhering to health and safety standards and quality procedures
* Working hours typically from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with some flexibility required
* Overtime paid at 1.5x rate for additional hours worked
Requirements to become a Mobile Service Technician:
* Minimum Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in the motor trade
* Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
* Full UK driving licence with confidence in driving a van
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a mobile environment
