Key Responsibilities:
As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the office is safe and free from trip hazards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
2. Office Operations: Open and close the office daily, manage supplies, and keep maintenance tasks up to date.
3. Facilities Management: Oversee the cleaning agency bookings and ensure all facilities are in top shape.
4. ESG/Sustainability Compliance: Ensure all operations align with the company's sustainability policies.
5. Travel & Events Coordination: organise team lunches and manage the kitchen area to promote a pleasant workplace environment.
6. General Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the team to ensure a smooth workflow.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a talented individual who can work autonomously in a stand-alone role. The ideal candidate will have:
7. Previous experience as an Office Manager in a managed office setting.
8. Strong knowledge of health and safety standards.
9. A proactive approach to office operations and facility management.
10. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
