The Angel Inn is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Events & Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role, responsible for coordinating and delivering a wide range of events, ensuring every guest enjoys a professional and memorable experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing event enquiries and preparing accurate quotes and invoices
* Conducting show-rounds for prospective clients
* Working alongside our Marketing & Events Coordinator and Apprentice to plan and deliver events
* Hosting and running events, including evenings and weekends as required
* Supporting the front of house and kitchen teams during events
* Maintaining excellent communication with clients to ensure expectations are met at every stage
Candidate requirements:
* Smart, professional presentation at all times
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
* Strong organisational ability, with flexibility to adapt to changing event schedules (weekly rota)
* Competent with administrative tasks including quotes and invoicing
* Previous hospitality or events experience is essential
