Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stoke-On-Trent for a Remortgage Administrator / Case Manager. The role involves managing remortgage case files, ensuring the timely and efficient progression of cases, and keeping clients updated throughout the process. Key responsibilities include liaising with clients and third parties, providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, legal teams, and third parties.
* Proficiency in case management and administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of remortgage cases.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
* Previous experience in conveyancing or a similar legal field is preferred but not required.
