Overview
You’ll report to the Plant Area Manager and be responsible for the efficient and profitable day to day operation of the plant zones under your control, caring for plants to the highest standard and assisting customers with plant sales advice.
You will also deputise for the Department Manager during holidays and days off as required.
The Plant Area Supervisor supports the Plant Area Manager in delivering high standards of plant care, merchandising and customer service within designated plant zones. You will lead by example, supervise colleagues on a day-to-day basis and ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently, safely and to company standards.
