The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sales Account Executive to join a scaling healthtech company revolutionizing the clinical trials sector. You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, managing key accounts, and driving commercial growth. You'll work closely with the Sales Lead and wider team to ensure alignment with strategic goals and deliver real value to customers in pharma, biotech, and research organizations.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage potential customers in the pharmaceutical and medical research markets
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and proactive outreach
* Deliver product demos, present tailored value propositions, and close deals
* Manage existing client relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs to leadership
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
The Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in sales or customer success within healthtech, pharma, or clinical research
* Proven track record in SaaS or enterprise sales with complex sales cycles
* Strong knowledge of the clinical trials and life sciences industry
* Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, Communications, or related field (required)
