The role:
Working within a marketing team of 4 and reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager you’ll be the main implementor of all things digital. You’ll be able to shape the strategy, push boundaries, and deliver real impact across multiple brands. Given the nature of the industry, lead generation is a key part of the role and you’ll be involved with planning, building and optimising digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and Linkedin to funnel those leads through the sales team. You’ll create engaging ad content, visuals and graphics and you’ll support SEO and PPC initiatives to boost visibility, conversions and website performance and you’ll produce performance reports with insights and recommendations.
You’ll design high quality creative using either Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for web, email, print, social and showroom materials, and produce video content for social platforms including planning, filming and editing and you’ll be able to write clear, engaging campaign copy. You’ll build and execute targeted CRM and email campaigns to drive retention, reactivation and sales and you’ll support database management.
Additional duties could involve assisting with planning and delivering dealership events, sales weekends, community initiatives and product launches, and you’ll also liaise with external suppliers such as designers, printers and event partners.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who has a really good basic grounding of digital. You don’t need to be a specialist in all the areas listed in the job description, but you must be willing to learn and build your expertise in areas you haven’t necessarily been engaged with previously. Automotive or retail experience would be advantageous, but it isn’t a pre-requisite. Experience in either Canva or Adobe Creative suite are required and we really need you have had some experience of CRM systems, CMS systems and Microsoft 365, and some experience of producing or editing videos.
