The role reports to the Vice President, Corporate & Securities in Houston, TX, USA, but will also work closely with other attorneys and the finance, tax and accounting departments in the UK and internationally.
Coordinating any insolvency/administration projects as and when required.
Liaising with relevant departments regarding bank account/treasury requirements, including documenting intragroup loans, for the UK and international portfolio.
Responsibility for legal entity record reconciliation projects, as and when required.
Other ad hoc UK and international company secretarial work as required from time to time.
Experience working with senior stakeholders.
