About the Role
Now we're looking for a FinanceTransformation & Management Accountant to join our growing team. Reporting into the Finance team, you'll split your time evenly between improving finance processes and delivering core management accounting work. This is a hands-on role suited to a curious, early-career accountant who enjoys improving processes just as much as producing accurate, insightful numbers.
Responsibilities
1. Mapping and improving finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), spotting control gaps and inefficiencies
2. Supporting the month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
3. Producing timely management reports and explaining variances against budget and forecast
4. Supporting budgeting and rolling forecasts
