As a Housekeeper at Broughton Sanctuary, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our accommodation, communal areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. You will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, whether they are visiting for relaxation, retreats, or special events.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, and communal areas to a high standard.
* Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room supplies as required.
* Ensure cleanliness in all public areas, including lounges, dining areas, and wellness spaces.
* Conduct regular deep cleaning tasks as per the cleaning schedule.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team.
* Follow health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
* Work efficiently as part of a team, maintaining a positive and professional approach.
* Holiday cottage changeovers, including making beds, bathroom cleans, and kitchen cleans.
* Housekeeping in the Hall and conducting daily checks when occupied.
* Cleaning general communal areas across the Estate.
* Housekeeping in Avalon Wellbeing including pool suite, studio spaces and changing rooms
* Laundry duties.
Requirements
* Previous experience in housekeeping and hospitality.
* Driver with valid UK driving licence.
* Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* A friendly and approachable attitude.
* Physical ability to carry out housekeeping duties, including lifting and bending.

* Part-Time Hours: 26 hours per week
* Full Time Hours: 40 hours per week
