Henley Business School is seeking an Employer Relationship Manager to strengthen and grow our engagement with employers and industry partners, supporting internships, placements and wider employability outcomes for our students.
About the role
Based within the Employer Engagement team, this externally facing role focuses on developing strong, sustainable relationships with employers, positioning Henley Business School as a trusted source of talent and insight.
Key responsibilities
* Building and maintaining relationships with employers to generate opportunities for internships, placements and industry projects
* Developing and delivering employer engagement activities, campaigns and events
* Creating and promoting clear, compelling employer-facing materials and messaging
* Working with colleagues across Henley to align employer activity with employability priorities
* Engaging with regional and national employer networks, with regular travel across the Thames Valley and to London

About you

Experience in employer engagement, recruitment, marketing, sales, or higher education is welcomed, but we are open to candidates from a range of professional backgrounds who can demonstrate transferable skills.
