Our client a leading healthcare provider has a great opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing and dynamic company at this exciting time of growth for the business.
Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis.
This role will involve working autonomously on a customer site in Northampton one day per week, acting as the dedicated Occupational Health presence. Additional remote case management days can be accommodated for the right candidate.
You will be supported by a clinically qualified manager and an experienced head office support team.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering Health Surveillance including:
Audiometry
Spirometry
Skin Assessments
HAVS 1 & 2 (HAVS T3 desirable but not essential)
Conducting Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessments and Questionnaires
Managing Sickness Absence cases
Delivering Case Management
Supporting Health Promotion & Wellbeing initiativesAbout You
Hold a recognised Occupational Health qualification
Minimum of two years’ recent experience within Occupational Health
Experience delivering the full Occupational Health remit
Confident working autonomously on client sites
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent IT and record-keeping abilities
