In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a Receptionist to join our expanding front office team.
You will need to build and maintain relationships between all colleagues, our guests, and residents along with ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
* Undertaking full reception duties including meeting and greeting customers in a friendly, professional, courteous and efficient manner
* Creating a helpful central point of information for all residents and visitors
* Assuring prompt responses by other team members and selected contractors through all forms of communication and direct contact
* Ensuring the reception area is kept clean and tidy and retains a welcoming environment
* Ensuring all notices and information are checked for accuracy, are in date and are relevant to the business
* Receiving calls to the Village, determining the nature of business and directing callers to destination promptly and professionally.
* Ensuring room booking systems are used and all bookings are kept up to date
* Supporting the Office Manager with administrative duties, as and when required.
Key Requirements
* Previously worked in a customer-centric role, office, or reception team
* Strong IT ability including the full MS Office package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), would be desirable
* Great communication skills both written and verbal.
