We are looking for a Student Services Coordinator to join our team.
As s Student Services Coordinator you will work alongside the Student Services Manager on general customer services, student finance and day-to-day student administration. You will ensure all students have the best Kaplan Experience through top quality customer service and by making the welfare and safeguarding of students a priority.

What you’ll bring to the role
1. Experience in administration work (preferably in an ELT environment)
2. Experience in working in a customer-facing environment
3. Ability to relate to and build rapport with international students
4. Ability to use initiative and make decisions when required
5. Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and as a member of a team
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Excellent IT skills including MS Office
8. Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
9. Exceptional customer service ethos
