There are 2 sites. This position will be based solely on the main site on Maesglas Road.We are looking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist. The successful candidate will work alongside two very experienced School Support Officers, sharing the front reception office. Your main duties will be to answer the telephone and greet visitors, ensuring the security of the school by monitoring access. The job role will also include mail distribution, administrative duties such as photocopying, producing letters and maintaining pupil documentation, and coordinating with other school staff to ensure smooth operations within the school. The Reception can be very busy, often resulting with multiple queries arising at a time. It is important that applicants are able to prioritise tasks whilst remaining calm in times of high demand.
