About this job
To work within the multi‑disciplinary therapies team and provide occupational therapy assessment and intervention, as directed by the senior occupational therapist.
To provide occupational therapy advice to other disciplines to support episodes of care and co‑production within the patient pathway.
To review evidence based and support practice development by engaging in audit and research activity as directed by the lead occupational therapist.
Cardiff and Vale are committed to supporting professional development and will support learning opportunities in line with the Pillars of Learning.
Supervision will be provided by a Band 6 with support from the Band 7 team lead.
Opportunity will be provided for engagement in service improvement and continuing professional development is actively encouraged.
A commitment to collaborative working with the Multi‑Disciplinary Team is essential.
