About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Programmes and Impact (P&I) Team through the second year of the current Impact Strategy, focusing on strengthening our approach to quality assurance, maintaining our impact management systems, and reviewing our Long-Term Outcomes framework.
As Director of Programmes and Impact (maternity cover), you will oversee the training, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core programme, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery. You will manage the Programmes and Impact team to meet impact management and quality assurance targets for the 2025/26 programme year.

As a senior management team (SMT) member, you will work closely with the Board, CEO, and senior colleagues to drive growth, impact strategy, and organisational culture. You will also serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring safety through policy implementation and monitoring, supported by our safeguarding team and trustees.
We seek an inspiring leader who can champion our impact strategy, drive programme excellence, and empower a collaborative, creative team. Passion for empowering young people from underrepresented backgrounds and experience in strengthening programmes and quality assurance in growing organisations are essential.
