Role: BI Analyst
Location: Remote with occasional travel (UK-based)
Rate: up to £400 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially (Temp-to-perm potential)

Overview:
Urgent requirement for a BI Analyst to join an ongoing transformation programme replacing 20+ systems with a single operational platform. The immediate need is for real-time, customer-facing dashboards, primarily in Power BI, to provide insight into operational performance across cleaning, security, audits, etc. There’s strong interest in long-term development, with CRM and broader data initiatives in the pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
* Building and delivering Power BI dashboards focused on operational data
* Creating sector-specific templates (e.g. healthcare, retail, transport)
* Engaging with stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements
* Working alongside data architects, project leads, and IT leadership
* Integrating Power Platform features (e.g. buttons for customer feedback)
* Supporting data clean-up and standardisation across audits and forms
Tech Stack:
Power BI (core), Power Platform, Microsoft Stack (essential)
Experience with TimeGate or rostering tools is a plus
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years' experience in BI roles with strong Power BI delivery
* Someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership from day one
* Experience creating dashboards for operational/contract data
* Background in facilities, healthcare, retail, transport, or similar sectors is desirable
* Confident communicator able to engage across tech and business teams
