About the Role:
As a key member of the Maths department, you will play an active role in delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The department has a strong reputation for student outcomes and offers a positive, collaborative teaching environment with excellent resources.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students of all abilities
* Inspire, challenge, and motivate learners to achieve their full potential
* Contribute to the ongoing development of a creative and ambitious Maths curriculum
* Use data and assessment to inform teaching and drive student progress
* Build strong, respectful relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
* Uphold high standards of safeguarding and behaviour management

* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom practice

* Hold QTS or be working towards qualified teacher status (ECTs welcome)
