About the role and our Customer Success team
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects of varying complexity and size within our Customer Success team. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving project excellence, working with clients and colleagues across the globe.
Requirements
Key Responsbilities
o Own and deliver major implementation projects for clients with revenue in excess of £1m.
o Work with a team of Lendscape consultants and subject matter experts (SMEs) during Discovery Phases to establish the scope, budget and timeline for the project implementation, facilitating client workshops as necessary.
o Prepare and maintain project plans, statements of work,and estimates, agreeing the terms of engagement outlined in these documents with the client.
o Oversee and organise Lendscape activities in support of projects, working with various Lendscape consultants and SMEs.
o Ensure that all work carried out by Lendscape on behalf of clients is billed in accordance with the contract terms and that clients pay promptly.
o Maintain detailed and accurate estimates to complete all streams, including customisation and integration.
o Visit clients as required to drive the progress of their project according to the agreed scope, budget and timeline.
o Carry out project retrospectives to capture learning opportunities.
o Attend client meetings either remotely or in person in support of the Sales process.
o Train, coach and mentor other project managers to improve the project management capabilities of the Delivery Team, helping project managers within the team to progress their careers within Lendscape.
o Assist in prioritising the work of other teams, taking the complete portfolio of client projects into consideration Enhance our project methodology and governance, ensuring effective delivery of multiple projects.
o Following project management methodologies tailored to individual projects,, using both agile and waterfall approaches as appropriate.
o Train, coach and mentor other team members on project management methodology, fostering continuous improvement within the Delivery Team.
o Serve as a nominated escalation point for other client projects where appropriate.
o Assist in prioritising the work of other teams to support the overall portfolio of client projects.
o Demonstrate commercial awareness and leverage experience in managing client relationships to drive successful outcomes.
Skills and experience
o Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, preferably in a commercial finance or IT implementation setting.
o Proficient in the latest project management methodology; substantial experience may substitute formal qualifications. Qualified in the latest project management methodology.
o Demonstrated proficiency in using project management tools.
o Experience in stakeholder management at all levels in an organisation.
o Understanding of corporate finance processes and business models.
o Additional languages are an advantage, although not essential.
o Ability to establish strong, trusting relationships based on mutual respect and understanding.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to distill complex issues into understandable concepts.
o Proactive in problem ownership and resolution.
o Tenacious problem solver.

Should your application be selected for an interview the process will be an initial conversation with our Talent Partner Safa Mohamoud. During this conversation we will explore your background, a broad overview of your skillset and what drives you. This will be followed by a conversation with our Head of Customer Success, Maria Dunne and our Senior Project Manager, Julia Camelier, to dive deeper into your experience and equally for you to ask in depth questions about the role. The next interview stage will consist of a presentation that we will provide instructions for. This will be presented to Maria some of the members of the Customer Success team. You will have some time to also ask your own questions and to understand our ways of working a bit better.
The final interview will be with one of our ExCo Members – Mike Mayes, along with another member of our Senior Management Team.
