Job Title: Project Support Officer
Job Description
This role is ideal for an adaptable and conscientious individual capable of providing first-class project support. Responsibilities include managing key project controls such as risk and issue logs, collaborating with Project Managers to deliver project plans, tracking and forecasting finances, analysing budgets, maintaining project registers, and assessing performance against metrics and milestones. Proficiency in M365 is advantageous, along with the ability to liaise with business and technical stakeholders at various levels, including Chief Officers, Project Managers, project teams, and external third parties and vendors. Experience in public-sector, charitable, or educational backgrounds would be highly beneficial but is not essential.
Responsibilities
1. Manage key project controls including risk and issue logs.
2. Work with Project Managers to deliver project plans.
3. Track and forecast financials, including budget analysis.
4. Maintain project registers and assess performance against metrics and milestones.
5. Liaise with business and technical stakeholders at various levels.
