Consultant Gynaecologist with special interest in urogynaecology
One Health is looking for a fellowship-trained Consultant Gynaecologist with a special interest in Urogynaecology.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role in a private or NHS setting. You should have a professional outlook, empathetic telephone manner and understand the importance of patient confidentiality.
You should currently be in a substantive NHS post OR in a long-term locum post (more than12 months)
If not in current NHS post, should have been a substantive NHS consultant for at least 3 years before leaving the NHS
On GMC register and have no hearings or restrictions
Should have relevant sub specialist qualifications
Be on the specialist register
Main duties of the job
This role will involve assessing and operating on NHS patients referred to One Health, via the NHS e-Referral System. Appointments will be held across a number of outreach clinic sites across South and West Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire. Operations will take place within a range of independent sector hospitals, the Consultant must therefore be prepared to travel.

One Health is looking for a fellowship-trained Consultant Gynaecologist to support and grow the One Health Group Gynaecology team. The role will involve assessing and operating on NHS patients referred to One Health via the NHS e-Referral System. All surgeons who work with One Health will be subject to our onboarding process and approval from our Clinical Governance Lead. Practicing Privileges will be required to be obtained for each hospital where procedures are undertaken.
The work will be undertaken across South and West Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire, the Consultant must therefore be prepared to travel.

Experience
