Salary: From £47,000 per annum, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our client's team in Morayshire. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management across the organisation. Travel between local offices will be required, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including intercompany transactions.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
Present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
Manage, mentor, and develop a small finance team.
Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and receivable functions.
Monitor cash flow and optimise working capital.
Liaise with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
What We're Looking For:
A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally as a Financial Controller.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
High proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
Confident communicator with strong leadership and organisational skills.
A detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
