Your role will involve:
4. Managing the full employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, personnel files, absence, etc.)
5. Ensuring accurate payroll data and maintaining confidential staff records
6. Providing crucial support to People Advisors and Partners, including note-taking
This hybrid role is based in Strood, Rochester, with Monday to Wednesday in the office and the rest of the week working from home. We're offering 3 days per week, with specific working hours to be discussed during an interview.
